These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99ah ("99ah", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform available at 99ah.org. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 99ah website, mobile browser interface, all gaming products, sportsbook services, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By completing the 99ah registration process, clicking "I Agree" during account creation, making a first deposit, or placing a wager on any 99ah product, you conclusively demonstrate your acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is recorded and timestamped at the moment of registration. If you are accessing 99ah on behalf of a third party or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 99ah Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the game or promotion rules shall take precedence only in respect of the specific matter they address; these Terms govern all other matters.

Use of the 99ah platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the 99ah account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 99ah enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities on the platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, for entertainment purposes, and you understand that gambling involves financial risk.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or active suspension on your 99ah account.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, or contractor of 99ah, nor are you a relative of such a person where this would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently experiencing, a recognised gambling disorder for which continued participation would be contrary to medical advice.

Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account permanently suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines. 99ah cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 99ah account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or bonus credits held in such accounts are subject to forfeiture.

When registering a 99ah account, you warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any of these details change. 99ah bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ah account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 99ah of any unauthorised access via our support team.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 99ah support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

All 99ah accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment channels including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and select Pakistani banking institutions including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 99ah does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by 99ah and may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Current thresholds are displayed within the 99ah cashier section at the time of each transaction. 99ah reserves the right to modify these thresholds without prior notice.

99ah is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any intermediary financial institution. Players are responsible for any transaction fees levied by their own financial service providers. 99ah will clearly disclose any platform-side fees prior to transaction confirmation.

From time to time, 99ah makes available promotional offers, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and other incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one promotional offer may be active simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 99ah reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or irregular betting patterns.
• Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Bets placed on excluded game categories or with stakes below the minimum threshold specified in promotion terms will not contribute to wagering requirements.

Each game available on the 99ah platform operates according to individual game rules that are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wagers. Ignorance of game-specific rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute or refund claim.

All casino game outcomes on 99ah are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing processes conducted by trained dealers. 99ah does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and disclosed within individual game information sections.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, 99ah reserves the right to void the affected round and return applicable stakes to the player's account. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honoured. 99ah's determination on technical malfunction disputes is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ah platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to defraud 99ah or any other player through collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known platform vulnerability are void.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 99ah in connection with the proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99ah staff or other players through any communication channel.

99ah is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools designed to support informed and controlled participation in gaming activities. These tools are available free of charge to all registered 99ah players and can be accessed directly through the account settings dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict net losses over a defined period. Once set, loss limits cannot be increased until the relevant period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Check Prompts: Periodic prompts displaying time elapsed and net session result to support informed decision-making.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your 99ah account for a minimum period of six weeks up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

99ah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or underage access.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within stipulated timeframes.
• Detection of prohibited software, automated wagering tools, or irregular betting patterns.
• Account inactivity in accordance with 99ah's dormant account policy.

Players may voluntarily close their 99ah account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed. Bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

All content on the 99ah platform — including but not limited to the 99ah brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 99ah or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any 99ah content without express prior written consent from 99ah. Unauthorised use of 99ah intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ah, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunction, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 99ah's reasonable control.
• Financial losses arising from your own gaming or betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

99ah collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 99ah.org/privacy-policy. By registering a 99ah account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles governing our data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• 99ah does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil its collection purpose and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 99ah is licensed and operated. In the event of a dispute between a player and 99ah, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 99ah support team within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the 99ah complaints procedure, available on request from our support team. 99ah's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus qualification is final except where otherwise required by applicable regulation.

99ah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 99ah will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 99ah platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms. The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date supersedes all prior versions.
